SnapShot Studio

Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 12, 2026 · Allen Christopher Software LLC

These terms govern use of SnapShot Studio, software developed and licensed by Allen Christopher Software LLC. By using a SnapShot Studio photo booth, viewing an event gallery, or licensing our software, you agree to them.

Allen Christopher Software LLC is the software developer and licensor. We do not run events or rent photo booths — the booths are owned and operated by our licensees, independent event professionals. Where these terms say “operator”, they mean that licensee.

1. SMS photo delivery program

Program name

SnapShot Studio Photo Delivery

Program description

At an event, a guest may choose to have the photo they just took sent to their own mobile phone. Choosing to text opens a consent screen naming the sender and stating the message frequency, that rates may apply, and how to get help or opt out. Only after the guest accepts does the keypad become available, where they enter their own mobile number and tap send. We reply with a single text message containing a link to that photo. This is a transactional program: it is not marketing, and there is no subscription or recurring content.

Message frequency

One message per request. You receive a message only when you ask for one at the booth. If you request three photos, you receive three messages. We do not send messages at any other time.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages you receive and to any message you send us. We do not charge guests for this service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@snapshotstudiobooth.com.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. To start again, reply START, or simply request a photo at a booth in future.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.
